ABOUT
WHAT RIZ IS ALL ABOUT
Systems that actually work. Strategy that gets executed. Support you can count on.
Dirty Little Systems™ was built for founders who know that operations matter, but don't want to sacrifice their creativity or sanity to keep things running.
My work lives at the intersection of high-level strategy and roll-up-your-sleeves execution. I serve founders with brilliant ideas and duct-taped backends because your systems shouldn't be the bottleneck—they should be the engine.
So whether we're auditing your operations, building out your project management system, or untangling your launch chaos—I bring both the strategic thinking AND the hands-on implementation.
Less overwhelm, more clarity. Less chaos, more capacity. Let's build a backend that actually supports your growth.
Meet the founder
Rizpah Estelle
Hey, I'm Rizpah—but you can call me Riz. Founder of Dirty Little Systems™. Certified DOO. Your operations detangler.
Since 2019, I've helped 50+ founders move from backend chaos to actual clarity. But this isn't your typical "let me give you an SOP template" approach. I'm here to understand how YOU work, build systems that actually support it, and help you lead your business without drowning in the details.
Some days I'm mapping strategy. Other days I'm deep in Asana automations. Most days I'm working with a visionary founder who just needs someone to GET IT—and get it handled.
a few of my favorite things
Go-to Vibes
A chai with lavender, fresh flowers, playlists on shuffle, and one too many Asana tabs open.
Human Design
I'm a 3/5 Generator with sacral authority. Translation: I move fast, trust my gut, and I've probably tested ten systems so you don't have to. (I'm also an Aries!)
Sacred Sundays
My Sundays are sacred. Slow mornings, puppy snuggles, resetting the house, and zero notifications.

Let’s Work Together
If you're ready to stop carrying your entire backend in your head and want operations that actually support your business instead of slowing it down—I'm here for it.
You don't need to choose between creativity and organization. That's the whole point.
